Greenwood’s were an integral consultant in the team to achieve resource consent for a large scale residential development featuring double story single lot and 6 apartments including and a seperate retirement village complex comprising 5 four storey apartments and landscaped grounds. The scope required an LVA assessment, photographic simulations of the buildings and effects assessment against the development being adjacent to an SEA (Significant Ecological Area). We are proud to have achieved a successful application to Auckland Council with an outstanding landscape design for the streetscapes, public realm communal areas and retirement facility.
