One Saint Stephens is the apartment building of high distinction in Parnell.
One Saint Stephens apartment building is situated beside Parnell Cathedral and is a recently constructed landmark complex. We worked with MAP Architects to obtain a successful resource consent and subsequent construction phase to achieve luxury apartment living. The landscape challenges included the retention of an iconic Dracene Draco (Dragon tree) that is the largest of its kind in New Zealand. The landscape elements included the design of a swimming pool area, vegetated balcony gardens and private ground floor patios with boundary stone walls.
