When Oceania offer the Franklin Retirement Village Pukekohe to design we saw the opportunity for a varied landscape treatment throughout the villa’s and function rooms. An outdoor bowls green surrounded by covered lounge and restaurant areas required intensified amenity landscapes while the detention pond offered viewing platforms and a boardwalk within native planting. Lighting and accent paving completed a practical yet aesthetic landscape with accessibility for less able owners and functionality for all.
