Whitford Manor Estate occupies a stunning site on the corner of Whitford Park and Saleyard Roads. Surrounded by rolling green hills and mature trees, the 88-lot development is countryside living with all the charm of a country estate but with the convenience and amenity of living within the greater Auckland area. We collaborated with Walker Architects to deliver a traditional countryside landscape aesthetic that complemented the elegant design language of the architecture. We completed resource consent documentation, entrance, park and pedestrian network design and individual lot landscape design for sections, terraced houses and apartments. We maintained the rustic country estate design language throughout the streetscapes giving this development a distinct feel and sense of place.
