Offering commanding views of Long Bay and the Hauraki Gulf, Vaughan’s Ridge is a unique large lot development where the land gently descends to intermittent stream gully’s creating opportunity for revegetation and enhanced biodiversity. To continue the vegetative diversity of the streams, the street tree palette included a variety of 7 native tree species that will withstand the high wind coastal conditions.
