We designed ecological restoration planting to provide screening and buffering for manufacturing facilities. Our services included visual simulation imagery and a visual assessment report for resource consent to achieve resource consent for the large scale 7 lot development beside an SEA, ONF zone.
This project in collaboration with Gaze Commercial and Envivo involved the design of ecological restoration planting to provide screening and buffering for a large manufacturing facilities in Mangere. Greenwood Associates provided landscape planting plans, visual simulation imagery and a visual assessment report for resource consent for the entire industrial zone including 7 large scale industrial suites.
