Destination Centre with native revegetation
The Grange Centre has a drive by traffic volume of 5,000 vehicles per day and is modelled around a main street environment with a restaurant precinct at the northern end designed to enjoy the outlook over the stream corridor. A central plaza open space gives amenity to the customer, and convenience retail tenancies configured to open onto and activate this space. The mixed use development required streetscape design, central plaza and revegetation stream planting.
