Greenwood Associates is working with The Buchan Group, Studio Akin and Colliers on staged upgrades to give the Henderson open-air shopping precinct a fresh new identity, where city-slick meets the rugged west coast. We are looking at every conceivable opportunity to provide lush, green relief to the sea of concrete, all the while improving usability, safety, and pedestrian flows.
