This project provided many challenges due to the highly controlled district plan and precinct of Roys Peninsula requiring minimum modification to the pristine outstanding mountain environment.
Large lawns combined with outdoor facilities and long driveway integrated with the unique architecture by Stevens Lawson to achieve a gold winning award for house of the year.The challenge here was to do ‘less is more’ ensuring the integrity of the site is maintained. Subtle changes to the rolling topography helped settle this iconic home into its pristine outstanding natural landscape.
