An opportunity to unify and revegetate the Hobsonville waterfront.
Greenwood Associates provided a variety of landscape architectural services for this high end, waterfront subdivision in Hobsonville, Auckland. The 76-lot subdivision required street tree planting and paved surface treatments, a terraced park with seating and play space, pedestrian green links, native revegetation planting, MSE retaining wall planting, a waterfront esplanade and seawall revetment with engineered recesses to allow specimen tree planting. We provided an ecologically sound and visually sensitive harbour front development working with council and stakeholders to create a beautiful living environment for future residents with public access for all to enjoy.
