Greenwoods have provided landscape design and project management for the Risland upmarket apartment complex in Albany. The podium area offers entrance design and individual apartment access along a vegetated corridor. The exterior design softens the facade with taller trees and a mixed planting base. The challenge has been to provide a vegetative framework within a shaded courtyard with high volume pedestrian usage.
