Greenwood Associates handled everything landscape related to achieve the proposed large scale subdivision in Flat Bush. This required expert witness services, landscape assessment, simulation of built environment proposals, design and documentation for the streetscape planting, extensive native revegetation planting, and stream management whilst maintaining maximum lot yield for our client. The green fields site straddles a ridge line, steeply sloping away both sides, which presented some issues with land stability that were addressed in the civil design and revegetation planting. We identified key areas where stability was an issue and specified a combination of native revegetation plants that would stabilize the land to the greatest effect.
