This is a project where sensitivity to the coastal conditions, existing flora and ecosystem was paramount. The site is so precious that only New Zealand eco-sourced coastal plants were applicable. The site required a flat lawn area, helipad and roadway with access to the stunning beach below. The installation involved planting with no irrigation in severe weather conditions, construction of helipad and associates landscape for amenity usage.
